Side effects
The drug usually has good tolerance. However, 0.1-0.01% of people using bupropion (Zyban) can rarely have following reactions:
- Allergic reaction, in case of having high sensitivity to specific components.
- The same reason can lead to pectoral regions obstruction, sudden wheezing, and affection.
- Using this drug can cause prickling, stupor and edema of eyelid, weakness, muscle spasm, low back pain and frequent urination.
- In certain cases there were observed gustatory sense disorder, dry mouth, emesis, constipation, anorexia, nausea, headache, attention concentration disorder, vertigo, irritation, anxious depression, insomnia and depression.
- Rare cases of psoriasis, hepatitis and jaundice were observed.
- The aid can cause hypertension and palpitations. However, the frequency of them is insignificant – less than 1% .
- Probability of blood sugar level change.
Please report to your doctor or pharmacist in case you feel one of the abovementioned effects or any other unusual effect after drug intake
Overdose.
In case of overdose immediately consult with your doctor or call emergency.
Dose miss
If you forgot to intake a tablet, just intake next pill at usual time. Never double dose!
